How can I place an order.....?

In the first instance please contact me. I try to respond to emails within a couple of hours. If I cannot get to the phone please leave a message and I WILL call you back.

How much notice do I need to give...?

The amount of notice needed really does depend upon the type of cake that you require and the

number of other cakes booked in for that date. Once you are interested in
ordering a cake the best thing to do is to contact me to confirm availability....

Do I need to pay a deposit...

A 30% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking

For Wedding Cakes, the balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to the
wedding day. For all other cakes, the balance can be paid upon collection / delivery.

How can I Pay....?

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or direct bank transfer. In order to keep the prices as low as possible there is a 3% fee for all payments made by credit card.

Credit Card, cheque and bank transfers must be cleared before collection / delivery

Do you deliver....?
I am based in Woodley, Reading and can deliver for an additional charge. The cost of this is dependant upon location and is calculated mainly upon distance. Some cakes can be sent via a fragile courier service. Please contact me for more details....

Yes, Consultations are by appointment only and can be arranged at a convienient time to suit you.

Making cakes is my passion. I try to make the website as transparent as possible and offer a fair pricing policy. In order to keep the prices as low as possible the following items are all optional and therefore not included in the price:-
